Description of fan guard making machine (radial wire fan guard making machine):
Fan guard making machines are for producing radial wire (spoke wire) fan guards for electric fans. There are also fan guard making machines for spiral wire fan guards.
For producing radial wire fan guards, there should have below fan guard making machines:
1. Automatic ring bending machine
2. Butt welding machine for welding rings
3. Automatic inner ring spot welding machine, for automatically feeding & cutting wires and weld them to inner ring or flanges.
4. Hydraulic press, for forming front and rear fan guards by pressing dies
5. Automatic outer ring spot welding machine, for automatically welding outer ring to shape-formed radial wires
6. Automatic middle ring spot welding machine, for automatically welding middle rings to fan guards.
7. Edge trimming machine, for trimming edges of radial wires.
8. Handle bending machine, if you want to have handle on fan guard, you should have this machine. There are 2D and 3D handles by different machines.
9. Handle spot welding machine, for welding handles to fan guards.
10. Round wire flattening machine, when your outer ring is flat, not round, you should have this machine.
11. Eccentric press and punching die, for punching holes on the flat outer ring for fan guard clamps.
