Description of double-station stator winding machine:
This stator winding machine is suitable for winding multi-layer, multi-section coils for stators. When one station is under winding, another station can release winding dies with finished coils and so this machine never stops.
Special winding controller can preset automatic stitch, initial point for winding, slow-speed start, slow-speed stop, both stations stop, automatic return back to origin, automatic start, etc.
This machine is suitable for winding coils used in those different kind of big-size 3-phase motors and generators, etc.
