I Description of steel tube necking-in & closing machine:
This series machines adopt hot spinning technology, mainly for necking-in and closing steel tubes and pipes, especially for those industries such as automotive shock absorbers, motorcycle vibration dampers, SCBA cylinders, accumulator shells, small gas storage cylinders, boiler tubes, chemical pipes, etc.


II Main features of steel tube necking-in & closing machine:
-OMRON PLC control and Weinview touch screen operation
- Induction heating method, clean & quick 
- Both necking-in and closing; Reserved hole diameter after necking-in can be adjusted freely; End wall thickness after closing can be increased for pressure withstanding, no need welding more.  


 Closing end can be flat, spherical, ellipsoidal or pyramidal, easy adjustment
- Hydraulic clamping, automatic
- Necking-in & closing dies are made by cobalt-base alloy, high temp. resistant and abrasion resistant, long life
- Compulsive lubricating system, prolonging life of dies
- Auto loading & unloading device is optional
