Description of tank welding machine:
Tank welding machine is for welding both straight seam on tank body and circle seam for joining tank head and body or joining two section tank bodies when necessory.
We have solutions for welding both regular round tanks and irregular tanks.



 
Regular round tank welding machine:
This machine is comprised of cross manipulator and roller wheels.
Configuration of manipulator and roller wheels will be based on your max. tank OD, material thickness and tank length.
Irregular tank welding machine:


This machine is comprised of frame type manipulator and rotary positioners.
Frame type manipulator is movable on rails for straight seam welding. Welding torch trolley on the beam is also traversing movable and flexible for any irregular tank body seam welding.

Distance between two rotary positioners is adjustable for different tank length.
