Description of straight-seam ERW steel pipe welding machine:
This welding machine adopts high frequency ERW to weld roll formed steel pipes in straight-seam. It is comprised of decoiler, butt welder, steel strip looping device (cage type or spiral accumulator type), roll forming section, welding section, flying shear cutting device and unloading rack. The whole procedure is full automatic except for the butt welding.
Straight-seam ERW steel pipe welding machine has various capacity for steel pipes diameter from 8mm to 610mm.
